You can request a Satellite Imagery update via Google Earth, which you can find here: https://earth.google.com/web/. Go to the menu (3 bars at top left hand side of screen), then click on " Feedback ". Place the Map over the area you want updated, to get the screenshot, and make sure to use the text.
