I am having the same issue and it doesn't matter, if I use Edge with Bing as my search or Bing with the Google browser. Steps already taken to try to resolve the issue: Disabled AdBlocker. Disabled McAfee web protection. Cleared the cache. Cleared the history. Restarted the computer. And, of course none of those steps resolved the issue.
As far as I know, there is no option yet that allows users to change Bing results page to dark mode. However, you can use the flag that enables the dark mode on websites as a work-around. To do this, type “edge://flags” into Edge’s address bar and press Enter. At the top of the Experiments page, search for “Dark Mode”.

Bing points not working. in Microsoft rewards, there is an explore on Bing section, where you have to search up stuff for points like the ones about your favorite movies, lyrics, flights, shopping lists, local restaurants etc. (they all give 10 points each). I've noticed you have to search a specific/certain prompt for you get those points.

It's an automatic detection by Microsoft Rewards when it identifies that users are searching or completing tasks too quickly within a short period of time. In my experience, the best way to resolve/fix this is to pause your search activity for a while and try again at later time.
