Callaway County is a county located in the U.S. state of Missouri.As of the 2020 United States Census, the county's population was 44,283. [1] Its county seat is Fulton. Liberty Township today covers an area of 38.45 square miles (99.6 km 2), and while containing no incorporated towns, does include the unincorporated settlements of Hatton and Concord.
