Holly Hill is a neighborhood located in West Columbus, Columbus, Ohio. Holly Hill is a traditional 1960s suburban neighborhood consisting of mostly brick ranch houses and some bi-level houses. The houses range in size from approximately 860 square feet (80 m 2) up to 1,500 square feet (140 m 2).
Cardinal Industries, Inc. was a corporation headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, United States. Established in 1954, it produced manufactured housing, including thousands of apartments in the United States. These one-story apartments were assembled on-site from 12 by 24 foot (3.7 by 7.3 m) modules. It also began the Knights Inn motel chain.
