Long time since I have seen a Google Scholar question , and mostly they are all the same as yours, with the same issue. The posters AFAIAA never came back with confirmation of getting a reply. Which means nothing, of course.

I created a new Google scholar account with my gmail. I then got an email from Google stating that I had a duplicate google scholar account and to choose which one i wanted to make public. This resolved my issue as I chose my current institution as public and made my past institution as a private profile.

To find newer articles, try the following options in the left sidebar: click "Since Year" to show only recently published papers, sorted by relevance; click " Sort by date " to show just the new additions, sorted by date; click the envelope icon to have new results periodically delivered by email.

Changing the google account's image works for other Google Account's products, but not for Google Scholar profile. I can change the current Google Scholar profile image to my own default image, but in this time, I just change to default setting (initial image setting - No image).
