[3] On May 7, 1904, McNally died in Altadena, California. On May 14, 1904, McNally's funeral services were held in Chicago, Illinois. [1] He was buried at Graceland Cemetery.
Geographia was founded in 1911 by Alexander Gross (1879 – March 23, 1958), a native of Austria-Hungary who had established Geographia, Ltd, a commercial map publisher located at No. 55 Fleet Street in London.
