I figured out how to navigate multiple points within a 'my map' saved map to a final destination. Do what yannick said (THANK YOU BTW). Touch your first way point and then touch 'Directions' The map will plot your route there. Press on your next way point and press '+add stop'. Repeat this for each way point including your final destination.
