Here's my workaround for using whatsapp on multiple devices with KaiOS. I bought a second sim with a second phone number (no subscription, just with funds) and added this in a Android device and have this phone laying at home. Now I can type a message with Whatsapp Web for that phone and send that to the number of my KaiOS.
Either there’s a special URL of WhatsApp Web that’ll enable PWA behavior or OP managed to somehow wrap web.WhatsApp.com in some PWA framework, maybe even self hosted. Guessing here tho. Edit: Could also be some Shortcuts voodoo. Found one that’ll create a profile on the iPad in order to show a website like an app.
After working with FreeChat the application hasn't been updated in a while and it's buggy. The best solution is to open Whatsapp web in Google Chrome. Then go to the 3 dot menu -> Save and Share -> Install Whatsapp Web. This saves the Whatsapp web as an individual application that will have its own dock icon and work exactly as the old Whatsapp.
There are reports "whatsapp web" is incompatible with recent iOS versions. Only its developer can fix that: Contact a third-party vendor - Apple Support. To make sure you are using the latest Safari version, update iOS. To learn how to do that please read Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support.
It's likely Whatsapp Web uses WebAssembly. Therefore, you will either need to change the global mode to "Basic" or "Balanced", instead of "Strict"; or keep it in "Strict" mode and add Whatsapp Web as an exception, so that "Enhanced Security Mode" is disabled for that particular site.
If I close the tab and open it again, I'm logged in. If I close Chrome, I reopen it and open a tab with Whatsapp web, I'm logged out and the QR code doesn't have the "Stay Signed In" box below. I tried to log in on Edge and it works even after closing Edge, I still don't get the "Stay Signed In" option but I don't get logged out of Whatsapp web.
Reinstalled Whatsapp, both on desktop and mobile. Tried to manually delete the files in my PC too, but Whatsapp only offers the Microsoft Store version one, there's no longer a direct download option. Besides, since it's a WinStore app, the files seems to be protected and I can't delete/access them manually.
If I'll be honest, i don't know lol. Personally, if i check "clear offline website data" in the settings, it will log me out of whatsapp web, and it should so the same to you. You probably set WhatsApp web as an exception so the data isn't being cleared, so make sure whatsapp web isn't an exception.

2- Install WhatsApp in BlueStacks. 3- Select the WhatsApp web option in the app inside BlueStacks. It will ask for a picture of the QR code. 4- Open Whatsapp web on your browser (where that QR code is supposed to be). 5- Take a picture with your phone of the QR code that appears in your browser.
