Back Roads. (TV series) Back Roads is an Australian factual television show that looks at Australian regional towns. This observational documentary series began on the ABC on 30 November 2015. It follows political journalist Heather Ewart as she visits remote towns and regions to visit local communities.
Once a trip is saved, it can be synced to the Roadtrippers iPhone app, for turn-by-turn navigation, and further local discovery while on the road. Since 2011, the team at Roadtrippers have worked on securing investments and growing the business. The company was founded by James Fisher and Tatiana Parent. US 421 was established in 1931 between Greensboro and Boone, North Carolina replacing North Carolina Highway 60 (NC 60). In 1932, the highway was extended northwest through Sugar Grove to Mountain City, Tennessee, and southeast along NC 60 to Wilmington.
