The desired semantics of "reverse my navigation" is clearly. "Ok now get me back to where I started (by the best route possible.) Call it "Take me back to starting point" if reverse is unclear, or just use opposed arrows. This is an incredibly common use case, and should be a one button press when finishing navigation.
